hi.
I've read allot about the a/v synch problems that people have with dvd2svcd when playing on standalone dvd players. allthough i've tried all the solutions givven i still have a wierd problem.
when I play my svcd on my computer, everything is fine.
when I play my svcd on my dvd player, the first cd has a synch problem (different in each movie) but the secound cd is perfectly fine with no problems what so ever.
i've tried to move the audio to 128kb- doesn't make a difference.
i've taken off the title pitures- no affect.
i'm using a "metz" dvd player (some chinies brand) that is supose to work fine with vcd's.
is there anyhting else that i can do???
thankx

I had this same problem ONLY with CD1 that had the title pic. Someone else ripped it and I had to use bbdmux to separate the video/audio and than used bbMPEG to mux. This corrected the problem EVERY time (used this about 5 times so far). When I use DVD2SVCD to convert from avi to SVCD I select don't make images because I prefer to do that myself with VCDEasy. The problem is somewhere is this last step of creating the image (at least for me).
