What is the Frame Value next to the AC3 overhead?

I think the recommended range is 1 to 4 frames.

2 frames is better than 1 since it has lesser muxing overhead, so you can have bigger bitrate for video. But greater than 4 frames might introduce out-of-synch problem (based on my experience, maybe not all streams)
