How can I multiplex a Mpeg 2 video stream with an dolby 5.1 AC3 file in order to use it in Spruce Up?

When I tried to import the audio file, it states that cannot directly import audio. In the manual it states that the audio has to already be in with the video file, or something along those lines.

Ahh, when SpruceUp says you can't DIRECTLY import audio, it does NOT mean that you must mulitplex it with your video - all it means is that to get it to import, you must name your audio file PRECISELY the same as your corresponding video file (except, of course, for the file extension). So, for example:

if you have a video file called "Fairground.m2v", then you must name your audio as "Fairground.ac3". You MUST place both files in the SAME folder BEFORE importing the video. In this way, when you try to import the video, SpruceUp will parse it as normal, but THEN it will also seek the same folder, and when it finds an identically-named corresponding audio file, it will automatically parse and import the audio file as well. Try it and let me know how you get on.

Yes that's it. Thanks for you help otherwise I'd be stuck for ages trying to multiplex with an AC3 file.

Cheers.

N.P. m8 - I'm glad to see I've not forgotten everything about SpruceUp after all this time!

It's still a great, simple, little app.

Don't push your luck, Whitlam - you will find the members of this forum extremely helpful if you have legitimate questions on video related issues.

However, if you continue to flout the forum rules, you will not be welcomed here, for the simple reason that Warez requests put the entire forum (and by that I mean the community we have here, in the abstract, as well as the literal, sense) in jeopardy. This is not fair and is unacceptable. If you cease requesting warez then all well and good. I must warn you though, that if you continue to do so, your membership will be terminated. Please consider this carefully. In asnwer to your question:
