Anyone here managed a succesful TMPGENC registration? I have tried with 2 VISA cards and it says "card not able to use".
Man that sux....my demo is over in 2 days.

19 days left for me....then what happens?
can i uninstall & reinstall it (successfully)??? after all, free is always better!

figure it out let me know......:confused:

I didn't have any problems registering it - got the code almost immediately.

Don't know why it wouldn't accept your card. Maybe check with your card issuer to see if there's something amiss with your account.

Or just get a friend to try it with theirs might be easier.

The tmpgenc peeps replied to my query ...it seems my Yahoo email can't be accepted....
apparently since there can be FREE non-pop e-mail users.....although I purchased a POP account from them.

O well..

I didn't have any problems buying a license, and I also got the code almost immediately... but I can't figure out how to enter it into the program! I buy and install software all the time, and this is the first time I've had this problem. <grin>

How in the heck do you activate TMPGEnc after you buy it?

You can't use a free emailadress when paying with CC !

PS: VISA is bullshit ! Take Eurocard !

Followup: I finally figured out to reinstall, using the installation file downloaded from the Pegasus site instead of the one from tmpgenc.com. Then when I started it, it asked for my registration key. Definitely not intuitive, and it would sure help if there were instructions at some point ... like when you pay for it!

<sigh> Oh, well, it's working now, and registered!

In the registration email stands "TMPGEnc Plus" :D Take a look what you are paying for LoL (just a littl joke) Someone could sell you the free version ;)

I did not have any problem registering Tmpgenc Plus... Get an other email address with some lesser known site, or buy one from some local isp, and try again, if that's the problem....
