In the changelog there is this "Rate control structure per encoder"
What exactly is this??

1pass rate control used kind of shared memory - so if you did 2 1pass encodes at the same time they f***ed up :)

Where can I see the changelog please? it seems Nic or Koepi's page don't seem to list this nor xvid.org
