60fps quicktime to PAL SVCD/VCD/DVD

How do i convert a 60fps quicktime file to a 25fps (PAL) SVCD of VCD or DVD?

Drag it to TmpgEnc, that'll do it for you. Dunno if you'll have to handle the audio manually, tho. Try it.

OOPS! Sorry ... didn't see the QT sign there. I dont know if the tsunami handles that format. If it doesn't, my guess is that avisynth could be used as a stepping stone provided QT are DirectShow based (?)
