Any experiences with B-Frames at Normal Quantizers?

B-Frames are compressed with double qunatizers at default. However there is the possibility to change that by setting a value in the registry. I would like to know if anybody has already experimented with this setting, particularly in two pass encodes.

If you search through this forum (remember forum-rules?), you'll see that people have tried it and the result is what could be expected: better-looking B-frames but no more space-savings. :b
