Please Help!!!!!!!

After installing CCE as a plugin for flask, I am trying to encode to vcd. I have checked VCD and made sure that the audio is at 44100 in Flask.
EVERY time I try to encode, I get an error saying

cce encoding failed ***could not write to file <blah blah>***
the handle is invalid

What the hell does that mean?? More importantly, can anyone steer me in the right direction as to succeed?? Im using Win2000 Pro

Do you realize that you broke 3 different forum rules with this one post? Use the search function with the words "cce and flask" and you will get 22 different matches. Have you looked at these?
