Avisynth Virtualdub issues

I just started using avisynth and for some reason when I try to encode, I get error messages around 10-15% into encoding a 40 minute clip. I also got errors when I was experimenting with a 2min clip but thought it was because I was using ADPCM which is why I took out the audio in my 40 min clip. Both clips were captured using PICVideo mjpeg codec. I was using avisynth just to separate the fields using complementparity, Swapfields, and Separatefields. Any suggestings?

using avisynth 1.0 beta and newest vdub

Athlon 650 Classic
tnt2 ulta
384 megs RAM
WinTV
WinXP

Some more info would be helpful: exact avisynth version (1b5,1b6,1b7x), the AVIsynth script and of course the actual error messages!

I found the problem....I was using beta3. I got beta6 and everything is fine and dandy.
