How to make dvd player display correct total time ?

When I play the xvcd that I made (using CCE to encode, bbmpeg to mux) the total time is not displayed correctly in Hiteker dvd player.
It showed about double the actual total time. Does anyone know where the problem come from ? Is it because of encoding or muxing. I see nothing wrong with these so far.

CCE settings:
mpeg 1, CBR, avg bitrate = 3200, quality = 17, antinoise = 6, write sequence end code

BBmpeg settings:
mpeg-1, pack size = 2324, video buffer = 230

I also have the same problem with my TEAC DV2200 player. I don't know if there is a solution, couldn't find one. Seems to be a common problem. My VCD's playtime is correct, but as soon as I play SVCD (longer than 40 min) the time is incorrect.

I can say that Power DVD also displays incorrect time for SVCD files.
But as I remember when I made it with TMPGenc it was OK.

Perhaps problem is in BBMux ?
