Hello,

when i compress a film in DVD2SVCD with the option MPEG1, the audio and video appears out of sync. I think the problem is in the video file bat i'm not sure.

I have tried with CCE and TMPEG and the result is the same.

Can you help me?

Thanks.

first off rip with internal routines....btw you can re-rip off the existing vobs on your hd that your ripped with another ripper.
Disney is notorious for including zero-byte chapters. Deselect those. In the next version of dvd2svcd it'll by default do it for ya.

- Enhancement: Deselecting 0 second chapters by default when using internal ripping, this fixes both sync issues and CCE chrashes.

Audio1 delay: -80 ms In case the other suggestions don't solve your problem, I once solved sync issue by adding this audio1 delay to the audio1 offset. In this case, Audio1 delay = -80ms, so e.g. put 260 instead of 180 in the bbMPEG audio1 delay tab (after having enabled Advanced mode in DVD2SVCD tab).

And use CBR instead of VBR.
