Hi,

I have a regional dvd 9, whcih i want to reduce the size and make it dvd 5.But i want to keep extras and original menus.Doom9 has guide for it.But My problem is i had got all extras are in one tittle set. With many pgc.
First i extracted each PGC separately with DVD dec 3.1(stream processing).
encode it with CCE 2.5.Now i will put all m2v of pgc in scenarist in its own pgc wanna know how can i determine which chapter belong to which PGC.And do i also hv to link them.

So, in nut shell after encoding i just messed up.I don't know how to do and wat to do.Here i need my Dudes who can gimme some of his times and write a step by step guideline.

If i wrote something wrong plz forgive me.Hope to see a positive reply.

Have you considered converting the DVD9 to 2 x DVD 5's using Ifoedit?
You can then keep the film, extras and everything and with the original quality as you wont have to transcode it.
Ifoedit is a great program . Look on Derrows IFOEDIT guide - and the various ripping guides within Doom9 network & also download Ifoedit from here. Happy ripping.

In that case could I suggest that you look at these guides
http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/ paying particular attention to '/copy.html' '/dvdplay.html' '/strip.html' '/calcsec.html' and '/checklist.html'
Also try http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ifoedit-basic.htm which guides you through the whole process especially 'Transcoding' the best way.
Hope this helps - Happy ripping
