Bluescreens while encoding in XvId

hmm, well i have this m2v file and created a dvd2avi file
then wanted to convert to xvid.. but EVERYTIME it crashes after around 10 %

i tried several settings, always the same...

as i dont know how to analyse the minidump files that are created i just attach it, maybe someone can help...

i used several xvid builds including the last koepie and umaniac builds... my OS is XP

sorry, everything needed is there.. its with every build, my OS is XP and the rest is not important as it happens while ENCODING not while decoding...


anyway, my cpu seems to be the reason, its dying i guess :/
