With current build it is possible to set quantizer value for _one_ frame range (using "credits at the end of the movie") and it doesnt screw up filesize prediction.
Can that feature be extended a bit so that multiple frame ranges could be used?
(yes, i still want that ecf-like control system but the above feature will do the same and is more easy to implement)
P.S. Else the feature "use quantizer xx(big value here) for sequences(1+ seconds) of unnaturally large(ie 5-7x times bigger than average) frames. This feature is usefull, since these frames in 90% cases contain very high levels of artificial noise and look very good at high quantizers (>8). Rendering them at lower quantizers is a waste of precious bits and makes audio lag behind sibnce cpu usage jumps to 100% in no time.<--- Foxer, is it any good?
