Is this possible for a future build please?

I would like to see if it's possible to make a option
for only AVI-->AC3 ripping.
Trying to Rip the sound from a bunch of AVI files and now I need to
cancel everything when CCE starts.
DVD2SVCD had a perfect and fast ripping. and so far all other programs sucks bigtime.

You can select 'edit avisynth script file' in the frameserver tab, so DVD2SVCD will stop before CCE.

It works, but still you need to cancel out of everything after that, with the problem that DVD2SVCD sometimes will be locked

why don't you just press the X in the upper right corner (close) of dvd2svcd when it starts to extract the audio, dvd2svcd will finish the extraction and close when the extraction is done. Just answer yes to the close question.

Problem is that when I say "Yes" when the box comes up.
The box just stays there sometimes and I need to do End Task.

But with what you say when it's Extracting the AC3 from the AVI I can just bail out of it? or when it's doing the conversion to MP2 that's running in a seperate dos box.

I guess, do don't have a tool that ONLY rips the AC3 Stream? :D

once it starts the extraction, just press the close button, and say "Yes". DVD2SVCD will then close after it's done extracting. there is your AC3 extractor program.

Pretty sure it was closing during extracting the AC3, but I will check again when I'm home.

Well, it worked. I was allways doing End Task with the idea that the program didn't respond.

So for now I'm happy :)
