having trouble converting fromfat32 to ntfs need a little guide to help me out,i have windows millenium do i need to upgrade to say xp to get ntfs

windows 95 only supports FAT16,
windows 95 OSR2.x and windows 98/SE/ME supports FAT16/FAT32
windows NT4 supports FAT16/NTFS
windows 2000/XP supports FAT16/FAT32/NTFS/NTFS5
