Fat32 - isn't it win98?, ok,change the OS is to install a new Windows like win200 or XP.

If the HD is Fat32, you'll need to convert the drive into NTFS to use bigger files. But only do this with 2000/NT/XP. But I see that this is covered elsewhere on the forum...
