resampling audio

I have audio for a movie in a wav at 44100 what can i use to resample this to 48000 keeping it a wav, thanks

I use Goldwave to edit / resample wavs and mp3s

You can download a fully functional trial version at http://www.goldwave.com

It's not the best program out there, but it is simple to use and the price is low considering all the features it has.
