I encoded Harry Potter last night and muxed the video with the ac3 track in Nandub, but it slipped my mind to interleave the Audio -83ms. I didn't realize this until deleting the original files off my HD. So now I have to demux the audio and video streams and re mux with the correct sync.

My problem is that I only know how to demux do a wav file with nandub and not back to the original ac3 file...any advice on how to do this?

I'm not having this problem, I just thought it would be nice to include the solution for the benefit of others. One way to do that is to post the link that you found.
