DIVX5 to VCD

First of all DIVX5 won't play in the Media Player thats crap. I always get a black screen and to sound in the background but no picture.

Now i put this avi in TMPEG to encode to VCD and what's happend .... a black screen and sound in the background.

Is there something incorrect here ????

Switching your desktop resolution to 24 or 32 bits color could help.
Also make sure you are not trying to decode 5.01 or 5.02 content with 5.0 decoder.

You are missing a codec or some other codec is screwing with your settings. Re-install 5.02 and check if you have NIMO installed.

You can directly re-enocode to VCD in Nero Burning Rom while burning your CD.

You can directly re-enocode to VCD in Nero Burning Rom while burning your CD.

You can do this but you will get better quality if you use DVD2SVCD and create a compliant stream instead.
