Horrible Frame Rate Help!!

i was trying to use dvd2svcd to make a regular vcd, when i made it i used TMPGEnc to convert. When it got done and i was testing it the frame rate was horrible! The audio wasn't even close to the video, i have no idea why this didn't work, could anyone help me? Also i was wondering why my dvd2svcd keeps failing when i convert using CCE.
My computer is kinda old it is a 555mhz 15gigs and 256mgs.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT!!!

Please, read the rules again (said in a friendly but firm manner). Also read the sticky (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19566) posts where you can read how to post questions.

A few hints: post your log file and your dvd2svcd.ini file that way we'd be in a much better position to debug your problems, oh and do tell us what kind of CPU is in your computer?
