Reducing m2v size

Whats the best way to reduce the size of my m2v file, it contains only video as i will use spruce-up to recombine it with the ac3 audio file.

Well, I suppose that really depends on how you are getting that m2v file. If you are simply demuxing the vob, you'll need to reencode it to shrink the size of it.

In my opinion, you only have one option (rempeg stinks, and tmpeg is slow!) - CCE.
