Inserting files into a cd image

If I already have a cue/bin or a ISO cd image...
Is there a way to insert/inject more files into the image?
The image is bootable so I'd like to keep it that way.

I know I could use Daemon Tools to extract the content of the iso, but how do I preserve the bootable part then?

Any ideas?

Take a look at WinISO, I think it allows this.
