I was developing a general purpose a/v tool that seemed to take forever to finish (not enough time to spend on it), so I thought I would implemend the PCM WAV normalizer which was quite nice (and completed) to my Bitrate Calculator. The normalizer is only optimized for my system though (there is no control over the buffering options yet). So, if anyone wishes, try it and tell me what you think.
I also included a GAIN disabler for those lazy or afraid to mess with their registry (yeah, let someone else mess with it ;).
