DVD2SVCD commandline possible

Hi,

is it possible to run dvd2svcd with a commandline-parameter?
example: dvd2svcd test.mpg

so can i run dvd2svcd from a grab-program from the dbox2.
when the grab-program finished it can run dvd2svcd.

i hope you know, what i mean.
