is bsplayer the only one that can handle multiple soundtracks?

Of course not.

You can try Zoom Player, or WMP + Morgan Stream Switcher, both of them available on doom9.net

But I prefer BSPlayer anyway, it's the one which handles the best the subtitles. ( I love antialiased fonts )
