I have pan&scan enable m2v video stream.
I tested it with DVDMaestro. The title was perfect. I was able to switch pan&scan and letterbox playback modes. This required restart of playback however.

When I try to make a title with scenarist, all I get is title that can only be played in letterbox and wide modes.
What's wrong?

Did anyone actually test the feature on scenarist?

Thanks

Did you used the 4:3(pan-scan) option in the wizard? Or Track Stream Settings?

Hi Jestorius,
Surely I did, don't see though any sence in doing so...

This is a small extract from scenarist procedures or manual pages(PROJECT WIZARD), page 2-10:

11. Click the 4:3, Pan-Scan, or 16:9 radio button in the Aspect Ratio
group box.
The Aspect Ratio option lets you select a 4:3, Pan-Scan, or 16:9 aspect
ratio for the stills in your scenario.

That is project Aspect ratio selection only affects still assets.
No use for videos. This might be usefull for still menus though.

Doing the full search on the document yielded no other usefull information.

Sounds like scenarist lucking some functionality :)
