darkavanger's vorbis dlls + cdex howto?

does anybody know how to use dark avanger's optimized vorbis.dlls in cdex?

His SSRC dll has been customized for SMP use so it's not going to work with any other apllication most likely.

I believe he also modifies the Vorbis dll as well and most likely it wont work with CDex. I use the daily Vorbis dll from Roberto's site for CDex. Why not use those? Something specific that HeadAc3he's dll provides?

There is not much sense in trying to use my dll with CDEX, as I optimised the interface for my needs. The vorbis code as such comes straight from Xiphophorus.

i was just looking for recent dll-versions. yet, when i try the daily ones from roberto's site cdex gives me the message could not load encoder: vorbisenc.dll, al though its in the cdex directory.

They work fine for me in the last 2 versions of CDex.

yes i do. further, i use cdex 1.50beta3. i guess i am doing something really stupid. which files do extract to the cdex directory?

Tring to remember but I think I downloaded the daily dlls for WinLame and dumped them into CDex 1.5b4 and it's worked fine. In fact, I archived most of my CD collection with it already.

i downloaded the 'Daily OggEnc, Vorbis.dll and VorbisGain' instead of 'Daily vorbis DLLs'. Don't you dare commenting :sly:
