hi ...I am moving a Divx with PAL 25fps to NTSC.....
I used tmpgenc to do the video.....
How can I get the audio to 29.97fps and resample to 48Khz
Its PCM 44.1khz

Er, audio isn't measured in frames per second, it's measured in KHz. I convert simply by taking the 44.1KHz audio, taking it into Adobe Premiere in a 48KHz project and then re-exporting it. But I'm sure there are hundreds of other packages to do it.
hi Mosaic,
Feed tmpgenc video and audio through avi. And it will do automatically all necesary steps to convert video and audio.
You make you life harder where it may be esear :)

true, but you have to stretch the audio a little when doing video standards conversions (cant remember which way stretch, which way to shrink).
when i do a PAL->NTSC conversion, i take a look at the length of the avi afterwards, and use Wavelab hxxp://www.steinberg.de/ to stretch the audio that little bit to keep it in sync.
but doing a standards conversion properly (converting vid and audio at the same time) is the best thing to do.
