When using the latest dvd2svcd and inputting a type-2 avi (from DV captured), a get an 'invalid floating point' error right after dvd2svcd tells me that the audio is finished. I'm not sure if its when CCE starts but no matter what I do I get this error. Any idea why or possible fixes?

All problem reports belong in basics.

Do you only get it from that type of source or do you get it for all the types of sources, like DVD as well?

I only get it when using this source. DVD works fine.

I've got the same problem too. Also avi2svcd does not work properly when using link2 to create fake avi file from avs file. I read somewhere that vcdxbuild need to be enabled but that option not available when creating mpeg1 file.

Unfortunately because of the large number of AVI codecs it doesn't always work and cannot be tested with all of them. See if you can convert the video to use a different codec. Divx4 seems to work OK, but I don't know what others work.
