Problems cutting Mpg2

I don't see it in guides. Tried to cut Mpeg2 video only stream with TMPGEnc, but it crashes. Otherwise it can't be set enough accurate as I see...

Have we some better utility for such purpose ?

DV-Tool 0.31 (or better 0.40 for > 2 GB), also with special SVCD support if you´re looking for freeware.

Or full version of Bitrate Viewer (only for video only streams).

Or mpeg2vcr 3.12 (but with some minor bugs such as always setting tff and zig zag)

Or M2Edit Pro 4 (which I do prefer for detailed analysis too).
