Subtitles wrong position in the movie but right in preview

I read many threads about selectable subtitles wrong position and in many of them used to say the normally the y=-1 is the same place of the original DVD and to use the preview windows to adjust the subtitles place changing the Y value.
My problem is that in the preview windows the subtitles ar displayed in the right position but after the encoding the subtitles are in the wrong position (I play the movie on my stand-alone DVD player and using the Winsubmux preview option).
This is the value of the permsub.txt file of the preview in DVD2SVCD

and the following are some lines taken from the subs folder of the movie i've encoded

Seems like the subtitles are placed for an NTSC 480 X 480 movie and not for a PAL 480 X 576 movie.
Somebody know how to solve the problem or i have to change manually the values in the sub file ?

Looks like you're not using Build 2.

Yes, i'm using build 2, i always upgrade to new version.
I put an attachment with 2 images i forgot in my first post.

Weird, as I was sure I fixed that in build 2.

Maybe i'm doing something wrong.
You think that the log file can help ?
For the moment i think i replace the position with 498, maybe is not always the right place but at least the subtitles appears in the black border and not over the movie.
