Temportal References in GOP

i get an error saying temporal references in GOP #817 (zero-based) are out of sequence (0xc10b000a) when importing the third part of spiderman into Maestro, the first two parts went in fine, and i have redownloaded this part from 2 different sources all which give me this same message. The file plays fine on its own, any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

I tried this program but it crashes around 15% everytime
