I have ripped my favorite dvd to my hard drive edited to video.ifo to just have the movie but now I want to use deamon tools to mount my movie when I want to watch it. Is there an easy way to change my vob to an ISO, CUE, MDS, CDI, CCD, or BWT so I can use Daemon tools? I have tried searcing but I must just be dumb.

Thanks

Hi amd_rocks!
I think the easiest way to create a virtual drive out of a DVD is using DVDDecrypter to rip it, there you can create an .ISO with the files directly... Don't know if you can rip just the movie, maybe you have to take all files, it's quite a time ago that I used DVDDecrypter... Hope I was of any help.

PS.: If you just want to playback the movie, take PowerDVD XP, it can open the Vobs and will keep you the aspect ratio, the only problem is that you can't select different language streams or subs this way...

Cant IFOEdit do that? Rip the vob file, stick it into ifoedit and have it create a dvd iso from it. Read the IFOedit guides for more info, or go ask in the appropriate forum.
