Hello :)
I am currently using BSPlayer version 0.85 Build 484 which is to the best of my knwoledge the newest version available. I am using Win 98SE with a PIII 650 Mhz and 128 MB RAM.
Well, ever since I installed DivX Pro 5.0.2 it has started to act very strangely.
I have a DivX I did with 5.0.1 Pro and it plays with sound but no picture. I have a few DivX I made with 5.0.2 Pro (and I did not use any of the pro features for Xcard capatibility even though I don't have one yet) and those don't play with a picture either ... just sound.
However, ALL of these DivX files play fine with the DivX Player 2.0 Alpha and with PowerDivX NextGen.
My stuff looks fine at full screen with DivX Player 2.0 Alpha but with PowerDivX NextGen at full screen it looks really really bad (like a small graphic made too big ... everything is jagged looking). Well I don't mind using DivX Player 2.0 Alpha but it doesn't support features like AC-3 which some of my files have nor subs etc.
I want my BSPlayer back !!!
Any ideas?
I've tried re-installing the DivX 5.0.2 codec several times now.

P.S.
I also noticed in BSPlayer that some DivX 4.12 files play with picture and sound while some play with sound only. But I thought DivX 5.0.2 was not compatible with DivX 4.12 so what gives I'm confused.
