Contemplating the purchase of a GeForce4 Ti4600 w/TV in.
Plan to use VirtualDub to capture at 720x480, presuming that is possible with this card.
Anyone have this and can comment on it?
thanks.

almost the same problem here but with ti4400 :)
I know how to make virtualdub sync recognize the pctv rave, but I can't make it realize there's a video input in my gef4... what can I do.

You have to use the Vfw wrapper since the drivers you have installed are WDM drivers which Vdub does not support.
Try also Virtualdub+VCR (read the capture guide on this site, it's useful). I have a Geforce4 Ti2000 with video in and out and it works great. I use Vdub+VCR as well as a program called VirtualVCR which uses the WDM directly. And yes I do capture at 720x576 (PAL).

Thank you for the info. I tried VirtualVCR : it works perfectly fine with my PCTV Rave but whatever I try, I can't capture from the NVidia WDM.
I'm a little noob in video capturing... and I'm really lost with the nvcrossbar thingies... Cweb, what Nvidia WDM do you use ? could dump here your settings ?
My rig : tbird 1.4 256mo pc2700, win98se, gef4Ti4800se, win98se.
