I am using cce to get my movie under 4.7 gigs and I have tried using the re-mux feature on ifo edit, but the movie is very messed up when I finish. It is very jumpy and I can't view it very well with power dvd or the ifo dvd player. I followed the guide "how to get the best out of cce" from this site. What is the best way to do this? If I can't use Ifo, then what do you suggest? Keep in mind I want to be able to play this in a PS2 dvd player.

I doesn't say anything in the CCE guide about remuxing through IFOEdit. It doesn't work. If you want to use CCE, you're going to have to reauthor the DVD with a program like Maestro or Scenarist. From there you can either burn it, or you can use IFOUpdate to keep the menus. Do a search and you'll find some good information.

Also, I'm not sure that people are having luck playing DVD-R in PS2. I remember something about a second version?

Good Luck!
