Im sorry if this question was answered but i cant seem to find it,what happens if after the encoding is done im changing my mind and i want a higher or lower bitrate for the audio? i must do the audio part thats obvious,but do i must go over from the begining for the video part as well?
The reason i wanna do it its bcs i finished doing vcd,the first cd is ok the second cd for some strange reason dosent have audio at all,so i want to downsample it to 44100 instead of 48.
