Missing chapters

In dvd2svcd I selected 15 chapters, 50 minutes and ended up with 13 chapters, about 40 minutes. I did it 2x and result was the same.
What is wrong?

I've seen this, or something like it in the DVD2SVCD 1.09. When trying to rip the extra material from Men Cry Bullets, the conversion tab only shows a length of 6+ minutes, but if I open the VOB in PowerDVD it's over 15 minutes long. I did notice that the point where DVD2SVCD starts ripping is where film jumps from what looks like a camcorder (a very clean image from a camcorder if that's what it is) to normal cinema recordings with a different aspect ratio.

I perused the FAQs and board but didn't find anything quite like this. I didn't try this with 1.08 either. I'll probably try vstrip this weekend, but I don't think that will help.

I don't think this is related to aspect ratio. The DVD was "The Doors Collection" and "Dance on Fire" has 15 chapters, but I can get only 13.Two chapters(songs) are always missing.
