My muxed file has no audio. The mp2 audio file created by besweet has no sound. BBmpeg crashes when I try to load it on its own.

hmm, could you possibly having an old version of azid.dll ?
if you could use BeSweet v1.3RC, it'll log your dlls' versions.

anyway, please try running the following commandline :
C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\BeSweet\BeSweet.exe -core( -input "C:\Documents and Settings\windows user\Desktop\DVDTEMP\Extracted_audio_1.ac3" -output C:\DOCUME~1\WINDOW~1\Desktop\DVDTEMP\Encoded_audio_1.mp2 -logfilea C:\DOCUME~1\WINDOW~1\Desktop\DVDTEMP\Encoded_audio_1.log ) -azid( -L -3db -c normal ) -ota( -g max -d -67 ) -ssrc( --rate 44100 ) -2lame( -e -b 128 -m s )

It was a dif episode from a dvd, the first ep is still not working. If I do it by hand though it works fine.

What are you using to rip the DVD?

If you used anything, but the included rippers try again using one of those.

If you used internal routines the first time try Vstrip and vice versa.

I used internal routines, I tried Vstrip but it wouldn't let me select different episode lengths other than 5:00, 1:00, and 1:38:27, and it doesn't do chapters does it?

markrb

Vstrip will not let you rip just a few chapters, but it will rip episodes. Both, as far as I know, will give you the chapter points for chapter creation on the SVCD.

As a last resort try SmartRipper. Don't bother trying DVDdecrypter as it and DVD2SVCD really don't get along, but SmartRipper does about 75% of the time. I will use it only when the other two rippers fail and that is rare, but it does happen.
