[COLOR=blue]problems backing up bedazzled

i have a film called bedazzled which i have backed up. it has been done in the same way as all my other films which have all worked perfectly on the 2 home dvd players i own. however bedazzled will not work on either yet when i tried it on a freinds home dvd player it worked fine. my own players are a panasonic dvd-xv10 and a yukai.
my freinds is also a yukai which plays the film without any problem. does anybody have any idea where the problem lies? the film was ripped using a toshiba 1612 using smartripper 241. the main movie is stored in vts_02 and after stripping out sub-audio and sub-pictures i did the get vts sectors. it was burned on a pioneer dvd-104 using nero v 5.5.8.2 which i have used for all my backups. HELP PLEASE!

Nero does unstable burns....Use Prassi which came with your DVD-R/w drive.

Hi,

Could you qualify that statement please ('unstable burns')? i've used Nero to produce over 30 DVD-R that have all worked flawlessly, crappy DVD-R media not withstanding.

Hmmm....After reading Mosaic's post 2 days ago, I decided to give Prassi Primo DVD 2.0 a try. I have burned 35 DVD's with no problems using Nero, but I figured if Mosaic thinks Primo DVD is better, why not give it a try. I have burned 2 DVD's with Primo today. One of the two works in every DVD player (I have 6 units) and the other one is "unstable" (by Mosaic's definition). The burning process also took considerably longer. So far I am not impressed, but I will experiment further.
