Hello DSPGuru,

I wonder that noone has asked that by now. In BeSweet 1.3b12 you introduced a compile of lame_enc.dll with non-linear psy-model. In BeSweet 1.3RC this dll is no longer included. Is there a reason for that and will it be again included in a future release?
Well, I just got used to it. For now I use the one that came with beta 12. It seems to work, even with GKnot. I'm just curious if there was any problem (apart from the reported speed problem of lame 3.92 dll)?

Still my most favourite program!

reason : i didn't want to make the BeSweet package too big.
solution : i'll probably introduce a new page for BeSweet plugins sometimes soon.

Hello,

I found it! I will do some more tests now. Question: Is this version somewhat different from the one of BeSweet 1.3b12?

a. should be faster.
b. dll interface for hardcore lame switches is different, so you might wanna switch to v1.3RC2.

Well,

I had some problems with BeSweet 1.3RC recently. I tried to do something like

-lame( --alt-preset 96 --resample 48 )

That didn't work for me. LAME 3.92 was accepting these switches. I'll have a new try this evening with RC2.
