hi,

its maybe a newbie question but what should i do ;) my svcd result is pretty good concerning the picture quality but its totally out of synch. about 20 sec at the beginning the sound is faster and the same shit vice versa in the end. i used the newest dvd2svcd and cce 2.5 without any problems during the conversion.

I have an Apex AD1200 and Apex AD1000, the 1000 plays the intro screen just fine and the rest of the video is perfect. the 1200 plays every disc with an intro out of sync. any other disc it plays perfect. the APex support is lacking and have not been able to give me an answer, their phone support is an endless loop and you never get to talk with anyone.

my solution: don't include intro pics on SVCD :( , now the movies play perfect. after some reading, it also seems that a menu does the same thing.

Hi there,

@jledhead:

I think he spoke of the studio logo on the original DVD source and not of a title picture included on the SVCD although this really can cause sync issues too on some standalones.

@GitsLM:

As long as you don't give us sufficient information we can't be of any help. Read this (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=19566) please and then post your logs please. And have you done a search on that topic like Mark suggested?

Greetings,
Gerti
