Best resize filter for 1 cd?

Usually I tend to go for soft bicubic, if the movie compresses really well or I've got a high bitrate ill go for neutral. What do you guys do? Neutral bicubic only decrease the compressibilty of the movie by about 5% so should I go for that all the time?

I always use neutral bicubic. Soft looks too soft, sharp too sharp. I don't really care how it affects compressibility.
