Captured Avi to SVCD???

Any cool program to encode captured AVI into SVCD? I know TMPEG but I doesn't get very good results, so I thought that I maby could youse a DVD program, maby. Well if somebody know one please let me know, and give me some settings if you can to. :)

You can use DVD2SVCD. All you have to do is go to the Misc tab and change the input file from DVD to AVI.
