Anyone recommend a quiet ATX power supply?

I'm looking for something in the 250-300 watt range with hardware monitoring of the fan's RPM a plus. Primarily, it should be quiet so if anyone has first hand experience with one they recommend, please let me know.

It will be used with an ASUS A7V-133 board and a 1.2 GHz Athlon.

Enermax has a whisper model 365 or something. Alot of people are just replacing the fans inside older PSU's to get them quieter.
