I have this SVCD thats 25fps and I need some advice on the best way to convert it so the fps are correct.
here is the info ...
aspect ratio = 4:3
frame rate = 25
video type = PAL
file type = interlaced
Im gonna take and convert this to 480x360 and need to fix the fps.

I just rechecked something and think I did something wrong, I'm redoing it and will post back if I got it.
I tried Forced Film and that was wrong and made it 20fps and jerky.
Im trying Swap Field Order now... and I'm using the Area Based Deinterlace filter. Hope this works, dont like 3cd movies.
