The decoded AC3 files from DVD2AVI comes with a delayed audio value, e.g. -66ms. But I have not seen any guide which covers this usage topic. I have been using Nandub default values in A/V multiplexing. But I am wondering is this delay value is more accurate than using default. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Hi-

Yes, you should enter that audio delay number into Nandub when muxing your audio. However, some of the audio software take care of it for you (HeadAC3he does it by default-don't know how BeSweet does it).

Thanks.

Do you mean if I mux video with mp3 created by HeadAC3he, I don't have to worry about it. But if I mux video with ac3 from DVD2AVI, I should enter the same number in Nandub when mux? Thanks.

Yes. That's what I meant. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
