Newbie question about CCE pulldown

I followed the guide on CCE and eveything has worked fine so far. But when I try to load the m2v file into spruceup I get a message saying "unsupported media: sampling rate error." I think it is because I didn't perform the pulldown.exe yet. This may be a stupid question but where is this function. Is it a separate program or does it automatically install with CCE? Can someone explain how to use this function for me? Thanks in advance.

CCE has no pulldown function. You need to use pulldown.exe which is a separate program. You can find it in the download section of www.doom9.net.
