FitCD v1.0.4
=========================
This is a tool that helps you calculate the exact image-size and
bitrates of a SVCD.
It includes a resizing calculator for optimal (macro)block-usage in
MPEGs. You can also export a sample script for use with avisynth.
FitCD is released under the GNU GPL (read the Disclaimer)
You are free to use the program & sources according to the license.

Changes: v1.0.4: May, 17th 2002
===================================
- fixed a small bug with 1:1 source aspect-ratio
- added additional matrix-overhead calculation
- added min/max calculating for different DVD-Player capabilities
- added calculating for multiple CDs
- updated vcdimager authoring-overhead to version 0.7.12's default
- added editing Extra Space on the CDs
- Major GUI changes. Less confusing options & numbers. [I hope]
The info mostly moved to quick-tips
Short HowTo:
- Open an AVI or a D2V-Project. All source-related infos are detected (like resolution, frames, anamorphic, ...)
- Adjust the options. E.g. number of CDs, multiplexing, destination resolution, subtitles, audio-bitrates, ...
- Use the exported avisynth-script (with propper resizing) in your encoder with the bitrates calculated by FitCD.
Have fun! :)
Cheers
